GHL Read-Only Lead Audit
Reviewed live GHL contacts, conversations, appointments, opportunities, and profile notes endpoint for current Meta leads. No sends/calls were triggered by this audit.
Notes finding: profile notes endpoint worked, but only 3 of 39 reviewed leads had note content. The stronger status evidence is appointments/opportunities/tags/conversation activity. So “contacted” here means GHL conversation/call activity exists, not necessarily a human-written note.

- Suppress: contacts with scheduled evidence, DND, STOP/unsubscribed, bad number, duplicate/test, or existing sold/project status.
- Trigger: tag unscheduled current Meta leads with
meta-reactivation-activeafter suppression. - Email: send Email 1 immediately, Email 2 after 24h, Email 3 after 5 days unless appointment/reply/stop tag appears.
- Voice: Retell/GHL call attempt on Day 0 and Day 2. Third attempt only if high-intent and no response.
